myday Integrations

Everything your students need, in one place

myday brings together the systems your institution already relies on, including your SIS, LMS, Microsoft 365, library services and more. Students get a single, personalised experience, while your data remains securely within your existing systems.

Bring all your systems together in one platform

With a wide range of integrations, myday makes it easy to connect tools like Blackboard, Moodle, Outlook and more. Integration with your Student Information System ensures real-time access to the resources each student needs – from grades to class timetables. By centralising systems, institutions can simplify access, reduce the need for training on multiple platforms and ensure a consistent experience across web and mobile.

Eliminate the need for multiple logins

myday supports multiple authentication methods – including Azure AD, SURFconext and Google – to match your institution’s infrastructure. With single sign-on (SSO), students and staff only need one secure login to access all the information they need. This not only reduces help desk requests but also enhances security by limiting weak or reused passwords across platforms.

Flexible Integration Options

Alongside our growing library of integrations, myday also provides flexible capabilities that allow institutions to connect additional services, APIs and data sources, helping surface information from across the wider digital ecosystem.

  • REST Data Connector
  • SSO Connector

myday integrations: common questions

myday integrates with various systems used across higher and further education, covering virtual learning environments, student records, timetabling, library systems, email and calendars, campus services and social feeds. Supported systems include Blackboard, Brightspace, Canvas, Moodle, SITS e:Vision, Ex Libris Alma, CELCAT, CMIS, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The full list is above.

The list includes dedicated myday integrations. If the system you use is not listed , myday’s REST Data Connector and Proxy connector can surface its data through myday’s own data structures, while Generic Single Sign-on supports authentication with most identity providers. Institutions use these options to connect in-house systems, regional providers and other systems with a documented API. Tell us what you currently use and we’ll be happy to discuss  what’s possible.

No. myday connects to the systems you already use and brings them together in a single experience for each user. Your student record system, VLE, library system and timetabling system stay exactly as they are, and remain the system of record. Nothing is migrated.

Yes. myday’s Generic Single Sign-on connector is configurable for most identity providers used in education, and connects to your existing directory rather than creating a separate set of credentials. Students sign in with the same account they already use.

Yes. Data is surfaced per user based on their record in the source system, and information can be targeted at defined roles or groups. A first year undergraduate, a postgraduate researcher and a member of staff can each open the same app and see a different set of information relevant to them.

Tell us what you use

Send us your VLE, student record system and timetabling system and we will confirm what myday connects to, and how, before you commit to anything.
