PebblePad Progress & Capability Insights Beta Online Testing Workshop

Join us on 29 April for an online interactive workshop designed for healthcare educators and professionals to explore Progress and Capability Insights an provide valuable feedback ahead of their release this summer. 

This session offers a practical opportunity to validate how these new features support confident, efficient assessment, provide clearer understanding of learner progress, and enable decision-making at scale. By providing us with some details ahead of time, you’ll be able to explore these insights using either your own existing data or our pre-built workbooks based on real-world scenarios – so you can see how they support your own assessment processes in practice. 

Your feedback will directly shape the final release, ensuring the tools are intuitive to use and aligned with how healthcare programmes assess and track learner development.  

What to expect

This is a highly interactive workshop focused on exploration, feedback, and reflection – not a traditional presentation or training session. 

During the workshop, you will: 

• Test Progress and Capability Insights using either your own existing data or our pre built-workbooks, allowing you to explore real learner journeys and outcomes. 

• Explore how Progress Insights highlight learner progress, trends, and potential risk at both individual and cohort level  

• Review Capability Insights to assess evidence completeness, approval status, and readiness for progression  

• Evaluate how the insights can support more efficient assessment and reduce time spent reviewing learner progress 

• Share feedback directly with the PebblePad team
