PebblePad Appoints Alison Poot as Chief Customer Officer to Enhance Executive Leadership Team

Alison Poot, formerly Senior Director of Global Customer Success, has been promoted to this pivotal role, effective immediately. This key executive role bolsters the company’s commitment to customer success and innovation on a global scale.

The establishment of the Chief Customer Officer position underscores PebblePad’s dedication to driving customer-centric strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. As CCO, Alison will be responsible for overseeing customer relationships, ensuring integration of customer feedback into PebblePad’s business strategy and product development. Alison will continue to focus on aligning all customer success management, customer support and  learning services teams to deliver a holistic and exceptional customer experience.

Alison, who excelled in her role as Senior Director of Customer Success, has been with PebblePad for over a decade, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction. Her expertise in strategic planning and customer relationship management makes her an ideal fit for this new role.
