PebblePad is proud to sponsor the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) Success Summit 2026, taking place in Orlando, Florida, from November 18–20.
The Success Summit brings together academic affairs leaders, student affairs professionals, workforce education leaders, technology teams, trustees and college presidents from across the Florida College System to explore strategies that improve student success, workforce readiness and institutional effectiveness. AFC expects more than 500 attendees from colleges across the state.

Artificial intelligence, ePortfolio pedagogy and reflection are reshaping higher education. While each is powerful on its own, together they create new opportunities to strengthen student success, learner agency and career readiness.
This workshop explores how institutions can make learning visible through reflection and evidence, while helping students develop the AI literacy, adaptability and self-awareness needed to thrive beyond graduation. Participants will leave with practical strategies for integrating AI, ePortfolios and reflection to support learning, growth and world readiness.
