PebbleVision – Capturing skills

Using PebblePocket to record evidence of stages of skill development – anytime, anywhere it occurs.

Transcript:

From clinical, to musical, capturing any new skill helps to build a record of development toshow progression and to reflect upon. Finding time to do it isn’t easy. Helpful then, if it can be recorded wherever, whenever as long as your phone is to hand This idea is inspired by Canterbury Christ Church University While on work placement all over the world PGCE students use Pebble Pocket to capture skills and experiences. Sara snapped her class playing football in Ghana. Deena reflected upon her day with a video diary.

And Megan recorded her class’s progress learning to play the National Anthem on the recorder Meanwhile at Monash University, Pebble Pocket helped students to display their understanding of anatomy and physiology. They drew muscles and bones upon themselves using body paint, and captured images through the app to add to a portfolio. Whether in the classroom at home or in the park Pebble Pocket makes capturing skills easy. Linked to the device’s camera, images and videos are quickly uploaded to the main assets store.

Ready to be viewed and shared attached in workbooks and portfolios or analysed and reflected upon.
