All persons intending to attend the conference must register by adding the ticket option they require on the registration checkout here.
To help keep costs inline with 2020 ticket prices PebblePad has absorbed the ticket platform service fees for PebbleBash 2024.
If you experience any difficulties, please contact the Conference Managers at conference@pebblepad.com.
A number of 2020 ticket holders asked to keep their ticket for the next PebbleBash, rather than receive a refund. If this is you, please get in touch with conference@pebblepad.com for the code which will allow you to register with your 2020 ticket.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at conference@pebblepad.com.
If you can no longer attend you are able to transfer your ticket to a colleague, please notify us via the email address above.
Cancellations on or before Tuesday 09 April 2024 will incur a £100 GBP cancellation fee. Cancellations from Wednesday 10 April 2024 to Tues 14 May incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations after Tuesday 15 May 2024 will not be entitled to refunds.
Early bird ticket prices close on 31 March 2024. Late bird ticket prices open on 1st of April 2024; and will be as follows.
- Option 1 – £485 +VAT
- Option 2 – £446 +VAT
- Option 3 – £199 +VAT
- Option 4 – £75 +VAT
Ticket options for the conference (Options 1,2 and 3) include a morning, lunch and afternoon break catering. Ticket options 1 and 2 include the conference dinner. Option 3 allows you to attend the conference on Wednesday or Thursday. If you select Option 3 and would like to attend the evening dinner you should also purchase Option 4 for the conference dinner.
Dietary requirements and allergies can be listed on the registration form.
Conference dinner tickets are limited due to dining room capacity. Please contact us on conference@pebblepad.com if you would like to bring a partner or colleague.
Yes, upon completed registration and successful payment, you should receive 2 emails. One from Eventbrite with your ticket on and one from The Conference Team at PebblePad.
Credit Card
Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to EB *PebbleBash 2024.
Please contact conference@pebblepad.com if you are not able to pay via credit card.
As PebbleBash is being hosted in the United Kingdom, VAT is chargeable on all event ticket options, regardless of the location of the ticket holder.
Your order payment will appear on your card statement as: EB *PebbleBash 2024
Disclaimers
- The event agenda is correct at the time of publishing. As with all events, we may need to alter or modify aspects of the agenda.
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our events, Pebble Learning Ltd recommends you review insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
- We will be recording (audio/video) the presentations during the event. A conference photographer will also be capturing moment for our highlights reel. The video and photography will be used to share insights and market PebbleBash to the wider HE community.
- We do not give automatic refunds, please see the cancellation policy in the FAQs.
