PebblePad Alumni FAQ
If your university login and email address are still working, you can setup your Alumni account within Pebble+. From the burger menu
, go to > Additional Settings > Free Alumni Account.
All your assets will automatically become available in your new account within 24 hours. They appear under a tab to the right of the Asset Store under the name of your institution. If you’re at uni, all your assets will still appear in your institutional account as well. The difference? You can now edit your assets directly from your Alumni account, too.
Yes. Contact your university directly and it’ll setup your account with your personal email and off your university login. Bear in mind that each university has different timeframes for how long it retains students as PebblePad users post-graduation – so do check with your uni asap.
We’ll give you another three years of PebblePad use absolutely free so you don’t lose access to your workbooks, templates and eportfolio overnight.
From a PC, mobile, laptop, tablet – wherever you are, wherever you go, you can still access your account offline (via PebblePocket) and online 24/7 just like you could with your uni account.
